Orders
Orders placed will be despatched within seven days, provided the goods are in stock. We charge a flat rate of £3.95 for any shipment of one or more items to a single address.
We normally ship with Royal Mail First Class Postage, often luxury Flexivisors will ship the same day day for next day delivery
Ordering Explained
Once you have chosen the item you wish to purchase you will be directed to the Nochex website where you will either:

Login as an existing Nochex customer and proceed with payment or
Login as guest and enter payment details

 Payments for hats and visor products will appear on your bank or credit card statement as NoChex.  For fuller Nochex terms and conditions please visit http://www.nochex.com/shoppers/

Postage
Our standard postage rate is £3.95 per shipment for mainland UK orders & for overseas orders. This makes it very fast, simple and inexpensive for multi orders. Please any questions email pauline@sunwiser.co.uk

Returns Policy
You can cancel your order at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by: returning the item unused and in "as new" condition.

email  pauline@sunwiser.co.uk cancel before despatch.

Telephone 07836 607405 to cancel before despatch.

We offer a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your goods providing they are returned to us within 14 days. We do not pay the postage for return of goods.

If the hat has been designed and made to your own specification then cancellation cannot be made once the order is accepted.

Our returns policy for items bought as Christmas Presents during November and December 2011 is extended until January 14th 2012.
